Registration

Register to participate in the 11th Lasers Workshop, October 18-22, 2026, Toruń.

How to Register

  1. Fill out the registration form (button below)
  2. Choose your payment method: PayNow (credit card) or bank transfer
  3. If paying by PayNow: you will be redirected to the payment page immediately
  4. If paying by bank transfer: please send the bank transfer up to 14 calendar days after completing the form. Otherwise your registration will be cancelled. If you need more time, we encourage you to contact us by email at laser-workshop@candela.org.pl. Please specify the pro forma number that we generated in the registration system in the title of the bank transfer (you will receive it by email after completing the last steps of the registration).
  5. If you select bank transfer, please note that all bank and transfer fee must be covered by the sender.
  6. After completing the form you will automatically receive a confirmation of submitting the form and confirmation of processing the payment. If you don't receive it (please check your SPAM folder first), please contact us with details of the process.
  7. After payment is received, you will be notified within 2 working days
  8. The Candela Foundation will send you an invoice within 7 working days. The invoice will be delivered by email using the address submitted in the registration form.

Important Note

Payment of the conference fee is required before the event. We require payment before registering participants. If payment is missing, you will be asked to settle it during registration by card.

Invoicing

You need to specify whether the invoice should be issued to an organization (e.g., university) or an individual.
Please note: invoicing data cannot be changed after payment is received. Polish language invoices are available for Polish organizations.

Additional Information

Visa Support Letters

Participants requiring an invitation letter for visa purposes should contact laser-workshop@candela.org.pl after registering. Please allow at least 4 weeks processing time.
