Call for Abstracts

Abstract Preparation Guidelines

Every abstract submitted for review and publication on the conference webpage must follow the official workshop template and guidelines provided herein.

Please download the template (in Microsoft Word) to ensure your abstract follows the required formatting.

What Will You Need to Submit?

Your submission should include:

• Title of your contribution
• Author(s) information including names and affiliations
• Indicate the presenting author
• Preference regarding type of presentation (oral or poster)
• One A4 page submission formatted as PDF according to the template, which includes:
  • Title, authors and their affiliations
  • Contact email
  • Description of purpose
  • Method(s)
  • Results
  • New or breakthrough work to be presented
  • Conclusions
  • Supporting images, tables, and figures

How Can You Submit Your Abstract?

• Prepare your submission following the guidelines stated above
• You may submit more than one abstract, but submit each abstract only once
• Submit your abstract using the submission form (button below)
• If you want to update or correct your abstract, do NOT upload it again. Please contact organizers at laser-workshop@candela.org.pl
• Please note that one person can present only one oral presentation and/or one poster during the conference
